Questions
What is an active learner?
A learner who, during the month, opens a lesson, submits an assignment or signs in. Teachers, managers, suspended accounts and learners who did none of that in the month are not counted. Billing lists who was counted each month.
What happens if we go over a limit?
You get an email at 80% and 100% of your monthly active learners and of your storage. Learners are never blocked. On Free, new uploads and new classes pause as soon as you go over, until you upgrade or a new month starts. Paid plans may go 20% over, and pause new uploads and classes only after two months further over. When storage is full, teachers cannot upload more, but learners can still submit their work.
Is bandwidth limited?
No. Learners can open lessons and replay videos as often as they need, and what they download is never counted against your plan. Plans differ by active learners, storage and file size.
What is an organization learning center?
Your own learning center, with a private sign-in and an address on its own subdomain. Its members are never listed publicly, and you create their accounts or invite them. Every plan includes it.
Can uLearnBox be installed on-premise?
Yes. The Enterprise plan can run on dedicated infrastructure or on your organization's own servers. Talk to our sales team for advice and a quote.
Do we lose data if we move to a smaller plan?
No. Courses, learning results and certificates are kept, and you can still see and use everything. Only adding more above the new plan's limits stops: new uploads, courses, classes and teachers. Learners keep studying and submitting.
Is the mobile app included?
Yes. Learners in every plan can use the native iOS and Android apps.
